Job Title: Carpenter
Company: Atlas Construction

Atlas Construction is seeking a skilled Residential Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of residential projects including ground-up construction, major renovations, and structural additions. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry on new construction, remodels, and additions
  • Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
  • Install window, siding, and trim
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
  • Assist with layout and site preparation for new builds and additions
  • Repair or modify existing structures during remodel projects
  • Ensure all work meets Hawaii building codes and Atlas Construction standards

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise carpentry crews on new builds, remodels, and additions
  • Perform both rough and finish carpentry as needed

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Driver
Company: Atlas Construction
Location: Honolulu (Must currently live on Oahu)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate & Driver to support our construction operations. This role is responsible for managing construction materials in the warehouse and delivering tools, equipment, and supplies to job sites safely and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in both warehouse and active construction environments.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties:
  • Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, including lumber, hardware, and job-specific materials
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for job site delivery
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards preferred)
  • Track material usage and notify supervisors of low stock
Driving & Job Site Support:
  • Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites
  • Load and secure materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Coordinate deliveries with project managers and site supervisors
  • Assist with unloading and staging materials at job sites
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or delivery work preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50–75 lbs or more)
  • Familiarity with construction materials and tools is highly desirable
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
